Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Oversee the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets for housekeeping supplies and services.
  • Service Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve our housekeeping services and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
  • Communication: Liaise with other departments, including front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week.
