We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at BALDEV PAAN. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare menus that meet the quality standards of our restaurant, ensuring that all dishes are cooked to perfection.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is always well-stocked and ready for service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Culinary Expert, you will be required to work in a hot kitchen environment and stand for extended periods.
