Cube Packaging Solutions is seeking a skilled Forklift Driver/Material Handler to join our operations team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of products and materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a counter-balance forklift to move products and materials throughout the warehouse
  • Utilize an RF Scanner to track inventory and manage stock levels
  • Transport plastic totes to the Work-In-Progress (WIP) area
  • Print shipping labels and manage inventory in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Provide coverage for breaks and assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Collaborate with setup technicians to expedite tooling changes and optimize production processes
  • Grind scrap material and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to our Cube Management System (CMS) protocols and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid forklift certification (propane and/or electric) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in material handling
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate tight spaces and work at heights
  • Color recognition and differentiation skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experience in warehousing and manufacturing environments an asset
  • Shipping and receiving experience a plus
