Food Service Manager

At Balaji Foods Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, tracking expenses and revenue to ensure the financial health of our food service department.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
