About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpentry Assistant to join our team at J. Coggar Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist carpenters in various tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
  • Operate power tools safely and efficiently, maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our construction sites, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary personal protective equipment.
Work Environment

You will be working outdoors, at heights, and in various locations. Our projects involve industrial, commercial, and residential construction, requiring a high level of physical fitness and adaptability.
