Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at CANADA INC.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our convenience store and bakery, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and manage staff and assign duties.
- Market Research and Planning: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Staffing and Supervision: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and conduct performance reviews.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Convenience store and bakery.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, analytical, collaborative, efficiency, hardworking, positive attitude, proactive, time management, client focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, and ability to multitask.
