Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as manage benefits and other employee-related expenses.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balances, and other statistical and financial reports.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, as well as ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
