We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Systems Administration Team Lead to join our team at Experis. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of System Administrators and overseeing the implementation of new initiatives, including vulnerability scanning of our clients' DC infrastructure and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 10 or more System Administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Oversee the implementation of new initiatives, including vulnerability scanning of clients' DC infrastructure and cloud environments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Relevant years of experience in Linux Systems Administration.
  • Solid work experience on RedHat, Centos, Linux, and Windows.
  • Previous or current team leading experience is a must.
  • Strong leadership and team leading experience required.
  • Bilingual (English and French) is a nice to have skill, but not a must.
