  • Lead and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes utilizing tools like Rapid 5 Whys and 8D methodologies.
  • Perform First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102 standards.
  • Achieve planned weekly and daily KPIs related to assembly inspection.
  • Guide assembly technicians by providing clarity on inspection requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Engage in all necessary training to uphold certification standards.

Trim Inspection Duties

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years in composite manufacturing or assembly inspection, particularly within a Quality Assurance framework (ISO 9001, AS 9100).
  • Experience in NDT/Ultrasonic Inspection is advantageous.
