Cuso International is seeking a highly skilled Entrepreneurship Advisor to join our team in Honduras. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the economic development of marginalized communities.

• Design and deliver workshops on entrepreneurship and business development to local communities
• Provide training and assistance to partner staff on business management and organizational development
• Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies for community-based projects
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify and address business needs and opportunities

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, project management, or a related field
• Proven experience working with marginalized communities and developing business plans and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
