Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Welding Fabricator to join our team at Bounce Padel Courts LTD. This role involves working with various metals and utilizing advanced welding techniques to produce high-quality components.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in a welding or fabrication role.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a manufacturing setting, primarily focused on production tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and apply welding process specifications.
  • Conduct inspections of welds to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Assess the weldability of various materials.
  • Operate welding machinery to fabricate or repair metal components.
Materials and Techniques

The role will involve working with:

  • Materials: Steel, iron, and heavy metals.
  • Welding Techniques: Proficient in MIG welding.
Equipment Proficiency

Experience with the following equipment is essential:

  • Gas welding machine
  • Grinder
Physical Requirements

The position requires:

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina to meet demanding work conditions.
  • Capability to lift weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Additional Information

Work Schedule
