We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Specialist to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data integration and reporting solutions to improve analytical reporting, digitization, and process efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support data integration and reporting solutions using SQL, Power BI, or other data management software.
- Collaborate with various departments and personnel to create business cases and facilitate implementing new business processes, process redesign, and technology deployment with well-thought-out requirements, functional, and technical blueprints, and project plans to achieve desired business goals.
- Assist in maintaining the Enterprise Segment Architecture, including the Data Dictionary.
- Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade:
- MS SQL Databases & Code (ETL Processes)
- MS Power Apps (Applications)
- MS Power Automate (Flows/Jobs)
- MS Power BI (Dashboards, Visualization & Reporting)
- Integration with CoPilot, ML/AI platforms
- Build, manage, and monitor automated routines.
- Reconcile data and work with users to sanitize data where necessary (includes identifying and remediating data inconsistencies).
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
- Undergraduate or other advanced degree in a quantitative discipline with applicable work experience in data management.
- Experience working with relational databases and normalized data.
- A minimum of 2 years using Microsoft SQL and one or more scripting languages in a data science/warehouse/management, financial analysis, or business intelligence role.
- A minimum of 2 years experience implementing solutions with PowerBI, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate.
- Experience integrating financial and operational data from multiple systems.
- Practical experience with self-auditing solutions before delivery and development of solutions without technical requirements or project plans.
- Prior experience with SalesForce, nCino, Great Plains, or Loan Servicing software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of implementing leading-edge performance indicators for businesses.
- Able to clearly communicate with technical resources and business users, to develop business cases and solutions.
- Ability to understand and explain each discipline of analytics, data management, data architecture, and programming.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and good documentation habits.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills to analyze information, with the ability to interpret general procedures to formulate recommendations to problems, utilizing appropriate technology.
- Proficient in self-planning skills with the ability to schedule, organize, and manage multiple activities of varying complexity according to established plans and adjust work schedules according to changing priorities and time constraints.
- Structured, disciplined, and organized, with the ability to design and successfully implement effective and efficient business processes and systems.
- Ethical and credible with a high degree of personal and professional integrity.
- Superior interpersonal and relationship management skills.
$73,485 - $105,570, with a midpoint of $87,975 annually, commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications.
