- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Order supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory management.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring exceptional presentation and customer experience.
- Manage kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Serve food or snacks, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical demands of the job include standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and working under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime, as required.
