About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Eurostar Auto Repair Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, reviewing work orders, and adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and diagnose issues with automotive systems and components.
  • Review Work Orders: Carefully review work orders to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Adjust, Repair or Replace Parts and Components: Use your technical expertise to adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems.
  • Estimate Parts and Labour Costs: Accurately estimate parts and labour costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance Service: Perform scheduled maintenance service to ensure vehicles are running efficiently and safely.
  • Complete Reports: Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, and reliable.
