Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business goals, workflows, and requirements.
  • Assess current systems and processes to pinpoint enhancement opportunities and suggest creative solutions.
  • Develop and sustain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
  • Work alongside development teams to guarantee precise understanding and execution of requirements.
  • Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing.
  • Offer continuous support and training to end users.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
  • Solid grasp of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools such as JIRA or TFS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CBAP) are advantageous.
