Commercial Real Estate Attorney

About the Role:
Gpac is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join our team. As a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in commercial real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and negotiating deals.
- Work with private lenders to provide financing for commercial real estate projects.
- Draft complex commercial contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing agreements.
- Collaborate with clients, counsel, banks, accountants, private lenders, and team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of practice as a lawyer, with a focus on commercial real estate.
- Strong legal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects at any given time.
- Superb organization skills and strong work ethic.
