Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end paid and organic acquisition strategies.
  • Lead growth marketing efforts to build and optimize the customer journey and scale profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience across our website and social channels.
  • Align marketing efforts around the biggest opportunities on our product roadmap and mobilize cross-functional teams to execute them.
  • Develop paid channel strategies and allocate budgets across channels to drive growth effectively.
  • Test new and emerging channels to capitalize on unseized market opportunities.
  • Partner with Brand and Creative teams to produce effective, brand-aligned creative assets that drive strong engagement and conversion.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading performance marketing teams, managing $1M+ annual budgets at a DTC company.
  • Deep specialization in paid social, SEM, email marketing, and other direct response channels, with hands-on experience running campaigns and developing strategies.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, complete, and within budget.
  • Full understanding of best practices in email marketing, email automation, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Proven success in a leadership role driving rapid growth over a multi-year period.
  • Solid understanding of creative best practices, copywriting, and experience implementing effective collaboration processes between marketing, creative, and development teams.
  • Strong command of marketing unit economics, incrementality, and financial concepts such as LTV (Lifetime Value) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing attribution and incrementality.
  • Ability to interpret and apply data insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others remotely.
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus.
