About the Role:

CpK Interior Products Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Information Technology Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing infrastructure and process support for ICT to manufacturing plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain various applications critical to meeting the plants SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale) objectives.
  • Support both Office and Shopfloor environments, interfacing directly with management staff and plant floor personnel.
  • Maintain and enforce ICT standards and guidelines within the local ICT infrastructure.
  • Implement and troubleshoot Microsoft Office Suite, Server, and workstation.
  • Create technical procedures and documentation for applications.
  • Manage ICT projects, including VM Ware integration and technical support.
  • Provide daily support of assigned ICT Tickets within our internal ticketing system.

Requirements:

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or relevant practical experience.
  • ~3+ years work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to Exchange and SharePoint environments.
  • Extensive experience in client/server distributed computer systems.
  • Strong competencies in server platform installations and support.
  • Knowledge of VM Ware with regards to installation, creation, and support.
