About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
  • Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
  • Certification in IMS/Dry Needling with advanced orthopedic courses, notably in the pelvic health program, is an asset.
  • Experience in treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Proven ability to hit the ground running and work effectively with minimal supervision.
