The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of a commercial facility. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team effectively and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
This position is set in a commercial facility, where the supervisor will be expected to maintain a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions
- Oversee and direct the activities of cleaning staff
- Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Advise on or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
- Support cleaning staff in their duties as needed
- Create and manage work schedules for the cleaning team
- Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
