Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated family caregiver to provide compassionate support to individuals in need of assistance. This role is essential in ensuring the comfort and well-being of clients in a private home setting.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Work Environment

The position is based in a non-smoking environment, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for both clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bedside and personal care to clients.
  • Administer prescribed medications as required.
  • Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene tasks.
  • Encourage and assist clients in regular physical activities, such as walking.
  • Change non-sterile dressings as needed.
  • Support clients during meal times, including feeding assistance.
  • Handle laundry and maintain household linens.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to client needs.
Certifications

Applicants should possess a valid CPR Certificate.

Target Audience

This role primarily focuses on providing care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.

Safety and Security

All candidates must undergo a criminal record check and provide references.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
  • Capable of a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Must be able to handle heavy loads, up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Position may involve physically demanding tasks and repetitive actions.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

Experience
