Responsabilités

L'analyste de recherche dentaire senior est responsable de l'application de la connaissance des avantages et des soins dentaires pour identifier, investiguer et prévenir la fraude et les abus dentaires. Les compétences en service à la clientèle, la résolution de problèmes et l'attention au détail sont des attributs clés pour le succès dans ce rôle.

Compétences clés
  • Conduire des analyses de données pour identifier des tendances et des outliers
  • Diriger et soutenir les programmes d'audit
  • Conduire des investigations pour des conclusions réussies
  • Effectuer des entretiens avec les membres du plan, les fournisseurs de services et d'autres
  • Créer des audits écrits et d'autres correspondances
  • Interagir avec les contacts internes et externes
Compétences requises
  • Connaissances des avantages de groupe
  • Connaissances de l'environnement de santé canadien, du modèle de prestation de services et de la réglementation
  • Connaissances des codes dentaires et des pratiques de facturation
  • Expérience en aide dentaire ou en hygiène dentaire (un atout)
  • Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente
  • Connaissances du risque de fraude et d'abus, et des techniques pour gérer le risque
  • Compétences en recherche, résolution de problèmes et prise de décision
  • Capacité à gérer les interactions conflictuelles avec diverses parties prenantes
  • Compétences en communication orale et écrite (téléphone et face à face)
  • Compétences en analyse de données intermédiaires avec expertise en Excel et autres logiciels de fouille de données
