Job Title: Senior Power BI Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Engineer to join our team at Lyons Consulting Group. As a Senior Power BI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex data models, optimizing Power BI reports and SQL queries, and working closely with business teams to deliver cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop multi-dimensional data models to support business intelligence and analytics
  • Optimize Power BI reports and SQL queries to improve performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver cloud-based solutions
  • Develop strong data documentation to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and implement recommendations to improve business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI and Azure technologies to ensure our solutions are innovative and effective

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data project management and implementation
  • 8+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of DAX calculations and data modeling
  • Experience working with Azure Cloud and integrating with Power BI
