Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Coating Specialist to join our team at Quality Assured Manufacturing Inc. This role involves various responsibilities related to the preparation and application of coatings on manufactured products.

Education Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize paint brushes for touch-ups and the painting of smaller components.
  • Prepare surfaces and apply decorative elements such as stencils and decals.
  • Select and mix appropriate paints for various applications.
  • Operate equipment for spraying or coating surfaces effectively.
Surface Preparation Techniques
  • Utilize abrasive head blasting methods.
  • Implement masking techniques to protect areas from overspray.
  • Employ sandblasting equipment as necessary.
Types of Coatings Used
  • Work with catalyzed or polymerized paints.
  • Apply fire retardant coatings when required.
  • Utilize resinous and solvent-drying paints for specific applications.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
