Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical services, including medication reviews, health risk assessments, and disease state management.
- Offer patient counseling and education on new therapies, tailoring to individual needs and concerns.
- Initiate care plans, follow up, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless care and a consistent pharmacy experience.
- Ensure prescription safety and prioritize technical functions for Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants.
- Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of Nova Scotia.
- Injection and First Aid Certification.
- Kroll software experience is preferred.
