- Planning and leading teams to surpass client expectations
- Supervising and mentoring an accounting team, including file reviews
- Guiding the coaching and performance management process by providing ongoing feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and delivering training to develop team members
- Possession of a CPA designation
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting
- Extensive technical expertise in both accounting and taxation
- A commitment to quality, excellence, and ongoing professional development for yourself and your team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to build trust and influence stakeholders
- Robust management skills, particularly in scheduling, organizing, supervising, and managing multiple teams
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively
