Job Title: Support Services Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Services Assistant to join our team at ProctoCan. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support services.

Job Summary:

The Support Services Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to our healthcare team. This includes assisting with patient care, maintaining patient records, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and providing basic care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Provide support to healthcare team members, including answering questions, providing guidance, and assisting with tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Continuing Care Assistant Certification
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own transportation
Work Environment:

The Support Services Assistant will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, providing support to patients and healthcare team members.
