About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Flock Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the site.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Clean and lubricate cranes, perform routine maintenance work, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Construction Tasks: Assist in drilling and blasting rock, mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Demolition: Assist in demolishing buildings and cleaning and piling salvaged materials.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
