Job Title: Advanced Practice Nurse

Join our team at the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB) as an Advanced Practice Nurse. This role is a key part of our multidisciplinary approach to providing health and social services in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment plans
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
  • Member in good standing of the O.I.I.Q
  • Two years of diversified experience as a nurse or one year of experience in an emergency room
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Cree or French is an asset
