Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Coach colleagues on new methods and work techniques to improve overall performance.
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and safety.
  • Logistics: Load and unload goods, perform brake adjustments, and receive and relay information to central dispatch.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of accidents, incidents, and maintenance activities.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate GPS and other navigation equipment, as well as trip recorders and other on-board computers.
Requirements
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possess a valid AZ class license and Air Brakes Endorsement.
  • Education and Experience: Secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform overtime as required.
  • Communication: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
