The Branch Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales, market share, and financial growth within the region. This role requires a strong leader who can manage branch operations, ensure performance, and foster a customer-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a customer-centric approach in all processes
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to grow market share
  • Utilize sound management practices for planning, teamwork, and performance management
  • Supervise sales and operational staff to achieve targets
  • Apply budget and financial planning to achieve profitability
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
  • Use people management systems for recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Direct all operational aspects, including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, and sales

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Commerce, or related field
  • 10+ years of construction management experience
  • 5+ years of team leadership experience
  • 2+ years of sales and/or account management experience
  • Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
  • Intermediate accounting and inventory skills
  • Effective communicator and negotiator
  • Collaborative and resilient
  • Highly accountable and motivated
