We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Main Street Cafe Ltd. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of our cafe.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide a positive dining experience.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operation of the cafe.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player.
- Gratuities: Competitive hourly rate.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week.
