Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist

Nursing & Homemakers Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced dental practice setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of oral health principles, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough dental assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with dentists to ensure seamless patient care
  • Supervise dental assistants and provide guidance on health care functions
  • Take dental impressions, apply fluoride treatment, and remove stains and deposits from teeth
  • Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
  • Develop and mount X-rays, and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Dental Hygienists Licensure by the appropriate provincial or territorial governing body
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
