About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bar Service Professional to join our team at Ricky's All Day Grill. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Clean the bar area and wash glassware to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Ensure the draft beer system is clean and functioning properly.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by serving food and snacks, and making recommendations on drink selections.
    • Train staff on beverage service and ensure they are knowledgeable about our menu.
  • Inventory and Cash Handling
    • Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock to ensure we have the necessary supplies.
    • Collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment for beverages and record and balance beverage sales.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure we are in compliance.
  • Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
    • Handle heavy loads and be able to lift and move equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience
    • Will train the right candidate.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills are essential.
    • Initiative, organized, reliability, and a team player attitude are required.
Work Environment

Ricky's All Day Grill is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
