Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our team at Custom Cubes. As a Carpenters, you will play a critical role in the construction of our projects, working closely with our Production Supervisor to ensure timely and high-quality completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct custom projects, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Construct projects according to specifications provided by project plans, ensuring attention to detail and quality.
  • Troubleshoot construction-related issues and implement solutions to prevent future problems.
  • Contribute to the design and constructability of stock and custom projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead by example on the shop floor, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Perform interior paneling and finishing tasks, including trimming and finishing interiors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Custom Cubes' safety standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete construction projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in working safely with a variety of power tools and equipment.
  • Minimum 7 years of well-rounded carpentry experience, with a strong focus on leadership and training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
