Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise sales opportunities, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Utilize Salesforce CRM to drive sales activity and measure performance, with a focus on activity-based metrics and opportunity management.
  • Solution Selling: Develop and sell complex wireless solutions to meet the specific needs of our customers, leveraging your expertise in wireless technology and business transformation.
  • Target Account Setting: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, using a structured approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, developing and executing plans to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with key partners to deliver solutions and applications to our customers.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and present proposals to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our wireless solutions.
  • Leadership Engagement: Engage with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team-based environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales environment, with a strong track record of success in selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.
  • SaaS Experience: Experience in selling SaaS solutions and complex wireless technologies.
  • Salesforce Experience: Experience in using Salesforce CRM to drive sales activity and measure performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Wireless Experience: 2-5 years of experience in selling wireless solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest wireless technologies and trends.
