Salon Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips Okanagan. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of stylists and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of cutting experience and 2 years of management experience
