Key Responsibilities- Manage regional inventory, including active and written-off accounts, through effective collection tools and legal action.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, branches, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with Small Claims Court rules and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Utilize skip tracing and credit reporting to obtain necessary information and make informed decisions.
- Document all communications and legal activity, and upload required documents onto internal systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- 1-2 years of related experience in a similar role, with a focus on collections and asset recovery.
- Paralegal designation or legal background is an asset.
- Post-secondary education preferred, with a focus on business or a related field.
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at various levels.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and work independently, with minimal supervision.
