Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Realstar. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in the successful operation of our residential rental buildings, ensuring that our properties are clean, quiet, and meet our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators
  • Perform minor maintenance repairs to ensure the property is well-maintained
  • Prepare apartments for new residents, ensuring they are clean and ready for occupancy
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with leasing suites, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to on-call requests, providing support and assistance as needed
Requirements
  • Cleaning experience, preferably in a residential setting
  • Minor maintenance skills, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Customer service skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of residents and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Ability to work some evening and weekends, as required
