Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to lead our ad sales strategy and planning function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive revenue and sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with product, marketing, finance, and HR leadership to define multi-year operating plans for global ad sales division, including revenue, product adoption, and headcount targets.
  • Own quarterly business reviews, leading finance, sales, and strategy leads in compiling a document for ad sales Directors and VPs, guiding deep dives as needed.
  • Define metrics, tools, and processes needed to set and achieve product adoption, revenue, and sales productivity goals.
  • Identify gaps to goals, build mechanisms to close, implement change with peers in leadership, monitor impact, and enable ad sales to deliver on ambitious targets.
  • Develop best practices for improving sales productivity and cascade across teams in 15 countries.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
