Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

At Hardwood Giant, we're seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
  • Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Presentation and demonstration of product features to potential clients.
  • Negotiation of sales terms and closing deals to meet sales targets.
  • Assistance with product selection, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintenance of accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Providing administrative support as needed, including maintenance of customer records and generation of reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inside sales in the flooring industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
