We are seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team at TOP TO BOTTOM CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing siding on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine layout and installation procedures for siding projects
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Utilize hand and power tools for installation and maintenance
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Dependability, punctuality, and reliability
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment:

This is an on-the-road job with a permanent work term. The successful candidate will be required to work in various locations, including construction and renovation sites. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
