About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our team of web developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality front-end solutions
  • Develop custom Drupal and WordPress themes, leveraging your expertise in front-end development and design principles
  • Advise on front-end best practices for innovative and interactive features, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Implement front-end libraries and frameworks, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends
  • Contribute to and participate in the technical community, sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues and peers

  • Make suggestions to improve design consistency and user experience, driving continuous improvement in our front-end development processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of front-end experience working with a CMS or web development platform
  • Experience using SASS, JavaScript, and jQuery, with a strong understanding of front-end development principles
  • Demonstrated experience using JavaScript frameworks or libraries like React, Angular, or Bootstrap
  • Experience working with a team using a standardized development workflow, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication
  • Strong sense of UX and web usability best practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Understanding of software development practices, including version control and agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with git, with experience using it in a team environment
  • Experience working with APIs, with a strong understanding of data exchange and integration
  • Experience using a project management tool like Redmine or JIRA, with a focus on tracking progress and managing tasks
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
Bonus Requirements
  • Experience with Drupal theming, with a strong understanding of front-end development and design principles
  • Experience using Gatsby, Next.js, or other modern front-end frameworks and libraries
  • Familiarity with the Linux command line, with experience using it in a development environment
  • Strong communication skills in French, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
