We are looking for a dynamic individual who will take an active role in daily operations, ensuring a vibrant culture and a fun atmosphere while supervising a dedicated team of approximately 20 staff members and 2-5 trainers per shift. You will be responsible for upholding company standards and policies, including conduct, attendance, and appearance, while delegating tasks and ensuring accountability for the restaurant's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in restaurant management.
  • Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
  • Proficient in computer and office administration.
  • Ability to train effectively and enhance guest experiences.
  • Genuine passion for the culinary field.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships and develop team members.
  • Preferred certifications: First Aid, Serving It Right, and Food Safe.
