Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at North-Ed(1994)Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure high-quality service
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste
  • Recruit and train new staff members to maintain a skilled and motivated team
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Group insurance benefits
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 to 44 hours of work per week
