Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Subway Sandwiches and Salads. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they leave the restaurant satisfied.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and costs are minimized.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
