Position Overview

As a Landscape Operations Supervisor at Mirage Landscaping Incorporated, you will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team in the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces. Your leadership will ensure that our landscaping projects are executed with precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, oversee, and schedule a team of 3-4 individuals.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement strategies for grounds upkeep and landscape construction.
  • Resource Management: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for projects.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and recommending improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Scheduling: Establish efficient work schedules and procedures.
  • Winter Maintenance: Ensure walkways and parking areas are cleared of snow and ice.
  • Hands-On Work: Participate in the same tasks as the team you supervise.
Work Environment

This role involves working outdoors in various conditions, including hot and cold weather. The position requires physical stamina, as you will be standing for extended periods and performing tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree required.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a related field.
