Executive Chef

Purpose:

As the Executive Chef at Redrock Camps, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and consistency of food served to our guests. This involves overseeing the entire food preparation process, from menu planning to food safety practices. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring the culinary team members to ensure they meet the high standards of Redrock Camps.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory, and safety protocols.
  2. Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our guests.
  3. Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment.
  4. Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  5. Collaborate with the Camp Manager and Placement team to plan and coordinate staff schedules.

Requirements:

Due to the remote location of our camps, all staff must be 18 years of age or older. If you are a motivated and experienced culinary professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
