The position is based in a cleaning service company, where you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
- Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
- Assist cleaning personnel in their daily tasks.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team.
You will oversee a team of light duty cleaners to ensure efficient operations.
Working Conditions- Fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Repetitive tasks that require physical stamina.
- Manual dexterity is essential.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
