Job Title: Spray Painter

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Spray Painter to join our team at Targeted Talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spray application, with a focus on primer and topcoat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare paint materials, blend, and clean various surfaces for spraying application
  • Apply coatings using a HVLP gravity gun, ensuring high-quality finishes
  • Maintain and clean spray guns, tools, and work area, adhering to safety protocols
  • Manage inventory of paint materials, ensuring timely replenishment
  • Sand and finish epoxy and polyester filler, achieving precise results
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in spray application, with a focus on primer and topcoat
  • Bodywork and equipment maintenance experience required
  • Marine experience preferred, with knowledge of epoxy primers and topcoat
  • Fiberglass and carbon fiber experience considered an asset
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work safely, with proper use of personal protective equipment
